NAVY MARK V DIVING HELMET HALF-SIZE MODEL

This is a vintage reproduction of an actual naval mark V diving helmet. The U.S. Navy first invented the actual Mark V's in 1912. It has been fitted with a quartz clock that takes one AA battery (works great). We have brought it back to its original state - it was completely disassembled, cleaned, buffed, and sealed brass lacquer. The "ports" have actual glass inserts. The oak wood base is original and was refinished.

Size: Size 9 1/2” wide and 6 1/2” deep. The helment is about 5” by 5”.
